Steve & Lorraine Box

Steve and Lorraine's passion for the nations began as a young married couple in 1980, praying and committing monthly to the support of international mission work. In their mid 20’s, they participated in their first international mission to Israel, followed by various short term mission trips.

Over the years they served as missionaries in Kenya (for 11 years) both working alongside YWAM and MEDAIR under Operation LifeLine Sudan (UN)  directing a large relief & development project in Akobo, So. Sudan followed by serving for nine years as associate pastors in a large cell group church that had over 450 cell groups meeting weekly throughout the city of Nairobi at the time of their departure in 2001.

From 2001-2009, in addition to being associate pastors in Vacaville, California much of their focus, internationally, was in China, training and equipping leaders of leaders, along with being a Mother and Father to many in the House Church movement. In February, 2009 Steve and Lorraine relocated to Redding, California where they have served and been ordained through Bethel Church. December 2021 Steve and Lorraine relocated their lives and ministry to Concord, North Carolina where they presently base their ministry from. Steve and Lorraine travel internationally working with leadership teams, holding marriage and relationship workshops and teaching and training in ministry schools, in addition to their marriage and relationship coaching and hosting their 5-day marriage intensives, Re-Ignite Your Marriage.

With a rich background in leadership, pastoring, and ministering internationally, Steve and Lorraine offer not only a diverse spiritual heritage, but real-life practical missional experience as they direct Hands That Touch.
